I adjure you, prince of the presence, who serves before the throne of glory, that you come down to me, and not affright me, and reveal to me the secrets above and below, and open my heart to the Torah, that what I learn I may not forget. [Line damaged]
By the great, mighty, and awesome Name, by the Name that founded heaven and earth: come in peace, and depart in peace, and let no harm touch your servant; for I call upon you only in the fear of Heaven, that I may serve the Holy One. [Text missing]
