Sapiential Work A — Witness Note

“Sapiential Work A” is the older scholarly name for the long wisdom instruction now generally called the Instruction (Musar leMevin). To avoid restoring the same text twice, it is filed once under its fuller name at its own number, where the surviving fragments are gathered and restored.

See the Instruction for the Understanding One. There the teaching on the mystery that is to come, on poverty and honor, on honoring parents, on marriage, and on the coming judgment is set out from the fragments.
