Hypsiphrone

[A very fragmentary revelation in the voice of one named Hypsiphrone; little survives.]

The book concerning the things that Hypsiphrone saw and heard, when she was in her virginity. [Text missing]

I, Hypsiphrone, came down from the place of my dwelling into the world. [Line damaged] And I withdrew again to my own place; and I saw one who wept, and I asked, Who are you? [Text missing] … the spring of blood … the fountain of the living.
